A bursary and scholarship may help you fund your studies

The most common types of scholarships for studying abroad include:

  • Merit based: These scholarships are based on a student’s academic record or extracurricular activities such as sporting achievements and service to the community.
  • Student specific: These are scholarships for students who qualify based on factors such as gender, race, religion, family and medical history.
  • Destination specific: These are scholarships awarded by a government or university to students from a particular country.
  • Subject specific: These are scholarships a university or institution awards to students who plan to pursue a specific field of study.
Through crowdfunding, Holborn Scholars Foundation assists by providing financial support to International students pursuing a higher education, who understand, appreciate, and express a genuine passion for education, self-actualization, and honest self-expression.
